Ferdinand was arrested and bailed yesterday after attending an east London police station regarding an allegation of assault that occurred nearly two weeks ago outside the Faces nightclub in Ilford.
A Police spokesman confirmed, “a man in his 20's” was arrested following an allegation of assault after a disturbance involving up-to 15 people.
“We were called at 1.13 am on October 2 to reports of a disturbance outside Faces nightclub in Cranbrook Road in Ilford,”
“A subsequent allegation of assault was reported to the police.
“A man in his 20s attended an east London police station in connection with the allegation.
“He has been arrested on suspicion of assault and bailed to return on a date in November pending further inquiries.”
