Brooking close to full-back capture

Brooking is hoping to capture one of the two transfer listed full-backs on loan as cover for Rufus Brevett who is ruled out for five months with a broken bone in his foot.

"The Newcastle pair, Robbie Elliott and Wayne Quinn, I think we need because of Rufus' injury and the importance of getting a left back in," Brooking told the clubs official website

"I am sure we will try and get one of those in before Saturday, quite frankly. It's an either/or with the two Newcastle lads and I think we'll end up with one of them."
