Carrick Out Injured Again?

Carrick: Out injured again?
Not only did we lose the match, but it now seems that we will alos be losing the services of midfielder Michael Carrick, albeit temporarily, following an injury he incurred in last night's game.

It is the second time in a matter of weeks that Michael has been out of the team through injury, and it seems that Glenn Roeder's midfield is going to pick itself again for a while.

Glenn substituted on John Moncur for the 20 year old last night at half time, and it will leave the Hammers boss praying for the availability of Trevor Sinclair on Saturday, for the home fixture against Blackburn.

With Steve Lomas available for selection again last night, it appeared that Glenn would have selection headaches from having too many players to pick from. But with Paolo di Canio now suspended for three games, it appears that the team picks itself in all areas for the next few games.
