The 27-year-old striker is expected to leave the club for a return to the Premier League this summer as he looks to try and earn a recall to the England squad before next summer’s European Championships.
It has been reported that Stoke manager Tony Pulis is looking to take Cole to the Britannia Stadium and a fee of around £4.5 milllion could be agreed between the clubs after an initial bid of £3 million was rejected earlier in the week.
