National newspapers this morning report that Ian Collison, 46, was involved in a road traffic accident on the M25 on Sunday whilst travelling to watch his son in the London derby with Spurs. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
A West Ham spokesperson is quoted as saying “Our thoughts are with Jack and his family and we ask people to respect his privacy at a very difficult time for them.”
