Curbs told Sky Sports News, "I think every manager knows what the situation is, the expectation level.
"I said earlier in the season that whoever finds themselves in the bottom six is going to come under pressure, whoever they are.
"Even if they're expected to come in the bottom six they are going to come under pressure. That's a fact of life at the moment.
"We've had more managers go already this season. It's a tough situation for us. It doesn't breed that longevity that you need. It's perhaps becoming short-term thinking."
