The 34-year-old Scottish international is the current longest serving member of the Hammers squad having joined back from Blackburn back in 2001 but has seen no first team action this season despite a successful loan spell with Championship side Southampton.
Daily will be rejoining his ex-national team manager Walter Smith and should make his debut on Sunday in the Scottish Cup tie away to Hibernian.
