Fletch out on loan

Fletcher, 25, has not made an appearance for the first team in the Premiership yet this season and will be looking forward to playing regular first-team football with the Hornets.

Carl joined the Hammers from Bournemouth in August 2004 and went on to make 32 appearances in Alan Pardew’s Championship play-off winning side last year.
