Speaking after the game boss Alan Curbishley said, "We think he's cracked a rib. Taylor came down on him - I think he was trying to wriggle through and went over.
"I don't think he was trying to hurt him but he's obviously landed on him. He's very, very sore."
Ljungberg's agent explained that according to a first X-ray "It's the fifth rib on the right side which appears to be broken".
