West Ham's forward Freddie Sears has moved on loan to Colchester United until March 18.
He joined up with his new League One team-mates on Friday morning, and could play at Yeovil Town on Saturday.
He has appeared 12 times for Sam Allardyce this season, four of those appearances were starts.
