Frustration for Hammers

The Hammers were left stunned when debutant Loic Remy gave the Hoops the lead against the run of play on 14 minutes after Mark Noble was dispossessed by Adel Tarrabt.

The onslaught then ensued, but the Hammers were unable to break down a poor QPR side for the remainder of the first half.

It wasn’t until the 68th minute, when Joe Cole tucked away a rebound from Julio Cesar, that the Hammers finally got back on level terms.  The Hammers then really went on the attack but were unable to add a winner despite their total dominance of the game.
