Hammers boss Alan Pardew confrimed Goddards departure and said that he is keen to appoint a new coach..
"Paul is a real gentleman and he has helped me settle in here," the Hammers boss told the club's official website.
"He has been totally professional but I just felt the chemistry needed to change.
"I have decided to bring in a new coach."
