Paul Groves has joined the club as a Senior Coach and David Coles has become West Ham’s new Goalkeeping Coach, replacing Hammers legend Ludo Miklosko.
Both have previously worked with Grant during his time at Portsmouth and are highly respected within the football community. Coles has been credited with helping another former West Ham goalkeeper David James to regain his place in the England squad, as well as overseeing the development of goalkeepers such as Antti Niemi and Paul Jones.
