Grant charged by FA

Many people had been speculating that Jones began favouring Stoke City in the second half after missing Freddie Piquionne’s handball in the build up to his goal.

Grant said, “Until they scored the second goal he gave fouls, a penalty, everything for them,”

“It was a penalty for us at the end which he didn't give.  Maybe he felt a little bit guilty.  I think it was the effect of the first goal for us.”

Grant will contest the charge and will have a personal hearing before the 7th April.

If found guilty, he could face a touchline ban.
