The in-form goalkeeper was subject to a one match ban following his dismissal but an FA disciplinary panel have overturned referee Oliver Langord’s decision.
Following Green’s dismissal, midfielder Henri Lansbury took the gloves and managed to help his side secure a thrilling 4-1 victory over the Tangerines.
Green has been in fine form for the Hammers this season and has recently been recalled to the England squad as understudy to Joe Hart.
Green will now be available for the Hammers’ game against Crystal Palace.
