The tie will be played at the Boleyn Ground at 7.45pm on Tuesday 25th August.
The club have reduced ticket prices and the game has been declared an all-seater so no tickets will be sold from 5pm on the game of the day.
League One side Millwall are expected to bring up to 5,000 supporters with the contest expected to be a sell-out.
