The First leg will be played at Upton Park on 14th September with the return trip to Italy on 28th September.
The winners of the two-leg tie will progress to the group stages where they will then be divided up into 8 pools of 5 teams.
Following this, the winner, runner-up and third-placed team from each group advance to the last 32 where they are joined by eight clubs knocked out of the Champions League.
