Hammers finish 3rd

The two goals came late on after a spirited reserve Beijing side gave the Hammers a good workout as the new Premiership season approaches.

Returning defender Danny Gabbidon broke the deadlock with 10 minutes left with a towering header from a Mark Noble corner before another exciting young Academy prospect Zavon Hines settled the game in injury time.

The Hammers now look forward to returning to England to        host SSC Napoli in the Bobby Moore Cup at the Boleyn ground on the 8th August.
