Although there is no official confirmation as of yet, It's is being reported by a number of sources including Tevez's personal website that both players have signed for the Hammers, initially on a season long loan.
The brief statement of Tevez's website reads “Carlitos Tevez along with his former Corinthians team-mate, Javier Mascherano, has signed a contract to play with West Ham United of England.”
