Sincs: Starting on the left
England
Trevor Sinclair will probably be the only Hammer to start in the England v Italy match being played tonight at Elland Road. Sven will likely hand Trevor his second start on the left of midfield, whilst he could also hand a start to former Hammer Frank Lampard inside of Sinclair, although Hargreaves might get his chance instead.
David James will have to make do with a start on the bench with team-mate Joe Cole, but both would be odds-on to make a second half appearance. The England match is live on Sky Sports 2, and will kick off at 7.45pm.

England U21
In the 1-1 draw that took place last night, Jermain Defoe started for the Hammers, and had a hand in the England goal that was eventually accredited to Aston Villa's Gareth Barry. Rookie goalie Steven Bywater, soon to go on loan at Cardiff City, made a second half appearance in place of Leeds shot-stopper Paul Robinson.

Northern Ireland
Midfielder Steve Lomas returns to the fold as captain when Northern Ireland face Liechtenstein tonight. He is one of two Hammers with a starting position, the other being Grant McCann. The fixture kicks off at 6.30pm.

Scotland
Christian Dailly is set to be in Scotland's new manager Betri Vogts' first line-up as they play France tonight. The match, taking place in the Stade de France will kick off at 7.45pm.
