The Czech Republic international has made 30 caps for his national side, scoring twice in a career that spanned nearly 6 years and included appearances at both a European Championship and a World Cup.
The 30-year-old has now got used to the pace of the Premiership after returning on a permanent deal in the summer and is finally starting to put in some impressive performances in the middle of the park.
