It has been widely rumoured that Zola will lose his job in the summer regardless of whether or not the Hammers survive the drop, but home-grown Noble is keen for the Italian to stay.
"I want him to stay,” Noble told the Daily Telegraph. “He wants to play football the right way. He's still learning as a manager. He's still young. He's probably learnt more this year than he has over the past five years.
