The 21-year-old moves across London to join up with Harry Redknapp’s promotion chasing side on an emergency 93-day loan.
West Ham have kept a clause in the deal that will allow them to recall Morrison after 28 days of loan spell.
The deal will allow Morrison to stay with QPR should they reach the Championship play-off’s.
Morrison has made 21 first team appearances this season but has found himself out-of-favour since January with rumours of off-the-field issues again hampering his development.
