As a result of the new deal the club will have a new home and away kit next season.
"It's far more than a shirt-sponsorship deal," said Hammers' commercial director Stuart Ryan.
"They have produced some excellent playing kits and training wear and this design expertise has been utilized in producing next year's Hammers range.
"There are other elements such as overseas tours, possibly to China, and a link with the new fitness centre at Canary Wharf."
