The highly rated 18-year-old will be hoping to get some first team action after dropping out of the squad in December after an illness.
Hull boss Peter Taylor told Sky Sports, “Mark is a very talented young player and we're delighted to have him on board here.
“I think he's got a future at the highest level but for the time being he will get some excellent first-team experience here with us.
“The reports I've had from several different people who know him very well tell me Mark is a fantastic player and a great lad.
“It's a great boost for us to have such a promising young Premiership player here at Hull City.”
