Ince has been vilified by many West Ham fans since being pictured in a red Manchester Utd shirt a full 3 months before his eventual transfer 19 years ago. He then went on to claim 10 years later that his agent had organized the photo-shoot and that it was all an unfortunate miss-understanding.
Ince said, "I looked at the fixtures and noticed straight away that West Ham away was the third game in.
"The trip to Upton Park was the one that stood out to me for some reason, I can't think why!"
