Pardew was charged by the FA after a touchline incident with Arsenal manager in the Hammers' 1-0 victory back in early November.

A statement on the FA's website reads, “Charlton Athletic manager Alan Pardew has been cleared of a charge of improper conduct.

”A Disciplinary Commission found that the charge, relating to an incident whilst he was manager of West Ham United, was not proven.

”The charge concerned Pardew's conduct on the touchline towards the end of the match against Arsenal at Upton Park on Sunday 5 November.
