"We knew they would defend deep and when it is that tight and there are so many bodies in front of you, you are relying on the boys' technical ability to conjure something up.
"We moved the ball around and were nice and safe at the back. We have had scares here in games like that before but didn't really have a scare. We defended well.
"We posed a few questions of them but it was going to be difficult and the goal came at a good time because we were getting a bit edgy at that point."
