Parker has made 32 appearances for the club this season has been an inspiration in the centre of the pitch with his timely tackles and excellent distribution.
Parker was voted player of the month on the official site for three consecutive months in January, February and March and has also received numerous man-of-the-match awards this season.
Last years winner Robert Green came second this year and Matthew Upson and Herita Ilunga also received a high number of votes.
Midfielder Jack Collision won the Young player of the year award.
