The David Moyes Effect was on full show in West Ham's spectacular 4-0 win over Bournemouth on Wednesday.
Mark Noble opened the scoring before striker Sébastien Haller bagged the second with a stunning acrobatic finish. Noble and Felipe Anderson got themselves on the scoresheet later on, but Haller's goal was the clear highlight.

As noted by Opta, that was Haller's 75th top-flight goal in his career, and it was the 75th strike to have come from inside the box.
He bagged 45 in the Eredivisie with Utrecht, before firing 24 with Eintracht Frankfurt in the Bundesliga. He has since added six in the Premier League with West Ham, but none of those 75 goals have come from outside the penalty area.
The powerful Frenchman has a reputation for being a prolific poacher, and that skill set has certainly been on show in England.
This goal was certainly the most impressive of his young West Ham career, but it was not the first acrobatic effort which we have seen from him, as Haller bagged a great goal back in August's 3-1 win over Watford. Not a bad way to introduce yourself.
Moyes will have been delighted with the club's record signing. The £45m man arrived with high expectations and has shown glimpses of living up to that ever since his arrival.
Haller looked in good form for the Hammers, who desperately needed to make a statement in Moyes' first game in charge.
Victory over Bournemouth saw West Ham move up to 16th in the Premier League table, with the Cherries actually slipping down into the relegation zone as a result of the loss. Moyes' side are two points clear of the drop zone, and he will hope to see that cushion grow as the season progresses.
Next up for the Hammers is a trip to Bramall Lane to face high-flying Sheffield United, in a game which will likely be a real test for Moyes' new side.
