The 30 players will be assessed over the coming weeks as England play Mexico at Wembley on 24th May and then Japan on the 30th May in Austria. Capello will name his final England squad of just 23 players on June 1st before England commence their first group game against the USA on the 12th June.
Fellow Hammers Rob Green and Matty Upson have also been included in the squad however striker Carlton Cole misses out after a disappointing end to the season.
