The defender was knocked unconscious during the second-half and spent around 5 minutes receiving treatment on the pitch before being taken to hospital.
After receiving treatment Spector was sent home for a week's rest to recover from the concussion and he will resume training next week with the aim of being fit for the game against Chelsea on the 25th April.
