Spurs Dismiss Carrick Rumours

Media reports today had suggested that Pleat would make a move for Carrick once the transfer window opens in January but the Spurs boss has rubbished such reports.

"To say we’re set to sign him is simply not true, in fact it’s rubbish," Pleat told the Spurs official website.
