The talented 19-year old made spent five months on loan with Rushden & Diamonds last season and made an impressive impact and will be looking to gain some more first-team experience before coming back to the Hammers.
Brighton manager Mark McGhee told their official website, “He's a good young player and they have very high hopes for him.
“He's a footballer. He'll get on the ball and make things happen. The reviews that have come out of Rushden have been excellent.
“Whether he'll play on Saturday we'll have to wait and see, but certainly we would expect him to play his way into the team quickly.”
