Tevez Apologises

Tevez stormed out of the ground and went home in a rage after being replaced by Teddy Sheringham on 67 minutes. Alan Pardew was then quick to criticise the controversial Argentinean.

Tevez said, “I would just like to say that I left the ground in anger on Saturday, it was a spur of the moment decision which I regretted almost straight away.

”I know I did very wrong in going and I have made it clear to the manager and my team-mates that I in no way meant to disrespect them.”

West Ham's players will vote this morning on the size of the fine to be given to Tevez with the whole sum being donated to Great Ormond Street Hospital.
