Tevez saga rumbles on

The whole Tevez saga continues to rumble on with no immediate end in sight. Carlos Tevez and his agent have written to the Premier League and to West Ham with a request to cancel his playing contract. Whilst this appears to confirm that west Ham do indeed have a large part to play in his potential transfer to manchester United there is still the small matter of who recieves the money. Kia is adament that he owns the financial rights to Tevez, whilst West Ham and the Premier League insist that West Ham own his playing contract. This has created an impasse that neither side can back down from. Kia cannot simply walk away from him investment, and west Ham cannot be seen to be breaking their word after the recent disciplinary hearings. There does seem to be a faint light in the distance however, as it has been suggested that all parties could go to the Court of Arbitration for Sport. This would allow an independant organisation to make a decision on who should get what and allow everyone to walk away without egg on their faces. It remains to be seen if Kia is willing to take this route as he would be potentially have the most to lose in a financial sense. Whatever happens the saga looks set to rumble on for some time yet, leaving Hammers fans to ponder, if despite his heroics last season if West ham would have been better off if they had never heard of Carlos Tevez, and nore especially his agent Kia Joorabchian
