Foxe: Not guilty
Hammers defender, Hayden Foxe, has been cleared of violent misconduct by the FA. The charge, relating to the Fulham match on November 3rd last year was only announced at the start of the year.

Foxe and Fulham striker Barry Hayles were charged following a clash in the fixture at Upton Park. Despite the fact that both players were booked by the referee at the time, a disciplinary hearing was sheduled for today.

Hayden was exonerated of his charge, but Hayles was found guilty and has been banned for three games.

The club secretary, Peter Barnes, told the official site: "It was a very fair hearing and the case was considered to be 'not proven'."

Hayden has only made 7 appearances for the Hammers this season, the last of which was in the match against Bolton at the beginning of February.
