The Ecuadorian told the official site, “I’m very happy with the welcome I’ve had from the fans. I’m very happy in the city too, London is a great place to live and work. In the week before I went on international duty I met a big number of supporters at a signing session - there were some people from my country there and that’s always nice.
“The fans have been great with me, they are supporting me all the time and that’s great because it makes me more confident at the club.”
