West Ham have confirmed the permanent departure of midfielder Andrew Irving to Sparta Prague.
The 25-year-old Scot, who struggled for minutes this season, joins the Czech champions for an undisclosed fee.
Sparta sporting director Tomáš Rosický praised Irving’s intelligence and technical ability.
The move clears space in the Hammers' squad as they look to build on their morale-boosting win over Tottenham.
