The neutral venues for the ties have yet to be decided but both games will be played over the weekend of the 22nd and 23rd of April.
With both Liverpool and Chelsea almost certain to be involved in Champions League football next season the semi-final represents a chance for the winners to be involved in European competition themselves next season.
