"I am delighted to have come to the club that I supported and used to come to see as a kid," he told the clubs official website.
"I have a lot of friends here and I have always kept an eye on results.
"I used to come and watch Frank McAvennie and Tony Cottee when TC was the main man at the time; I don't know if I can emulate those two but I will give it a bash.
"I didn't get too much of an opportunity at Tottenham but I will give my all here."
