The 25-year-old local boy has put pen to paper on an improved deal to keep him at the club until the summer of 2010.
Zamora returned to the Hammers from Tottenham in the deal that saw Jermaine Defoe leave West Ham 2 years ago. Bobby’s crucial goals in the Championship play-off’s at the end of last season saw West Ham return to the Premiership and his sparkling form has only continued further.
Bobby’s scored 5 Premiership goals from only 8 starts this season with all of his goals coming in crucial games on the road.
Hammers boss Alan Pardew told the official site, “It's fantastic news that Bobby has signed a new contract and I'm delighted that we have yet another of our young players committed for the long-term future.
“Bobby has made brilliant progress in the past 12 months and I'm very pleased with his contribution this season.
“He is a local boy who loves the Club, and I hope he will go on to enjoy a lot of success with us in the years to come.”
