The Hammers boss has seen his suffer defeat after defeat since he took over and when leading 1-0 with only ten minutes to go at the weekend against Everton they somehow capitulated to lose 1-3.

Speaking to the Daily Star, Zola said, "I am more than worried,"

"I am disappointed and sorry because I don't think my players deserved this.

"I take my responsibilities and maybe I have to improve. I'm going to be looking into that and I'm going to be honest on myself.

"If I've done something wrong, I will tell the players."

"I know the defence needs some work. I know, I know, I know! We have to find solutions.

"For 80 minutes, they defended very well, so maybe it's physical or it might be something mental, because in the last minutes the players let the tension grow and, when you do that, you lose composure."
