"Hell would have to freeze over for us to sell Dean to a major rival," Duxbury said.
"It would be no surprise to us if there are certain clubs who would be interested in him.
"But we worked very hard to put together a deal to keep Dean at the club and he remains a massive part of our ambitious plans."
