A late goal from Ian Pearce was enough to wipe the smiles off the Spurs supporters this afternoon, with only seconds to go. The goal cancelled out an early second half goal from in-form Spurs striker Teddy Sherringham.

The result sees West Ham stay above Tottenham in the Premiership table, lying in seventh place, and they still have a game in hand over their North London rivals.
